Uploading products and adding tabs to product page

We need freelancer who would help us to do following jobs:
1. Tabs on product page
We need someone who would either install tab extension or add use own code, where certain product atributes will be added. If possible also pictures not only plain text.
Some products have 4 tabs some products 3 tabs so number of tabs on the product page might be dependent of the product.
2. Product upload
We currently have number of products, some of the product descriptions will be scrapped from somewhere else. We need someone to help us explain how the correct Excel/CSV file with product descriptions should look like in order to be able to upload these correctly to product page (including tabs).
Forgot to mention that we want that to be done in Magento.
Magento is already installed - it is clear version without products on the website. FTP and MySQL access will be given to the chosen person for the project.
There will be around 100-200 products added to the website.
