Ebay RealTime Editing Service

I need a programmer/service that will be able to process a large volume eBay stores listing program. I sell on a drop-ship basis. Quantity and pricing continually change. I would need you to pull the information from an excel or csv spreadsheet furnished by my supplier. I need a way to automatically remove out-of-stock inventory (0 quantity), adjust/edit live quantities, relist replenished/new items and quatities. The same would apply to pricing.

I also need to have pictures/titles and descriptions included/updated to my eBay site.

This could be done on a monthly subscription basis.

I do not have the time or expertise to do this myself. It appears that eBay's Large Merchant Sevices provides the tools this. I need someone to implement this in an efficient way.

I currently maintain approximately 8,000 listings in the eBay Store format. Not only will the current listings need to be easily and regularly updated for quantity, price, and other attributes, but I will be adding more listings in the future. I'm looking for an easy way to update/edit on real-time or at least near real-time basis.
