We are in the middle of a project that has a STRICT deadline of October 27th; our inhouse programmer will not be making the deadline and we need serious help. This is for an international nonprofit organization so it is a low budget project and the awarded bidder must work in conjunction with our current inhouse programmer and company owner within the current framework we are using. NO changes to programming languages will be accepted!
