Overview
We need a CRM/ERP solution that handles tracking/approving sales forms from remote sales these reps. We prefer to use an open source CRM/ERP (OpenCRX or Dolibarr ) solution as a base as this is the first phase of a multi phase project.
How it should work
Each sales team (Dealer) scans their sales forms for the day and then sends the resulting .jpg or .pdf file to us for approval. The information on the scans is then verified for correctness by our admins. If there is incorrect or missing sales information, we want to be able to make a note of it and have an email is sent to the dealer who originated the sale, have them make corrections and then the dealer makes corrections and re-uploads the scan.
