i am after someone who knows about panasonic kx-200 phone system that can write a software where customers phone in during business hrs or after hrs and rather than talking to an operator, they get prompts and do an automated booking.
the infor mation that will be asked is
1-is it to or from airport (press 1 for TO airport, press 2 for FROM airport
2- date of travel
3- how many passengers
4- flight number (enter via keyboard)
if TO AIRPORT
5- flight number
6- flight time
7- drop off time
8- pick up address
9- name
10-contact details, home phone, cell phone and or email address
if FROM AIRPORT
10-flight number(enter via keyboard)
11- arrival time
12- do you have checked luggage or just carry on (press 1 for checked, 2 for carry on)
13- drop off address
14-name
15-contact details
also need to be able to record their caller id and called id , i want to be able to know who they called and their ph number
if they are doing return booking then i want flight details for both directions
