Dear supplier
We need a quote for the following :
1) Reverse engineering from a PHP product Portal coded with Ioncube Program. The Product is developed in 300 routine with a medium 80/90 statement instructions for each routine and developed by an Indian freelancer.
2) Change of front-end area Costumer with new graphic prompt
3) Release of Software with PHP Open Source and free access to DB My SQL without key access and crypto system for DB and Program.
4) Creation of Clone Portal on our second Server to be synchronized every 2/3 min with the principal. Re-addressing of the second portal in case of fault of the principal
5) Maintenance from your company with second level process and SLA of 2 hours from our calling
6) Request of further maintenance/development for Life Software
7) SW property ( Demanded to our company )
We can pay a the development job to your company after :
1) Signing the contract under USA Laws
2) Signing the NDA under USA Laws
We will pay a fixed fee for development SW as follows:
1) 20% at contract signing
2) 20% at release reverse engineering
3) 30% at release debugging test Source
4) 30% at release final SW and Source
After release of SW we will pay for SW life maintenance and debugging on the Job as following :
1) 0,02 USD $ (2 cents) for single user registered on our portal. In our marketing planning we hope to reach 1,5 millions user in the first few months.( We cannot guarantee any outcome )
From ( Developer ) :
1)Warranty covered by an international insurance of 350.000 US Dollars (350,000 $ threehundredand fiftythousand usa dollars ) in case of any malfunction of your program and/or not compliance with agreement. (*)

(*) It is used in case of fault of the program or release of part of product or no contract respected. The supplier must to give to us ( buyer ) an financial Warranty released from an international insurance with value of 350,000 $
