Write some Software

I want to build a web app that\\\'s like a Vine clone. It\\\'s called "Ninel" basically people can record 5 seconds videos, but I wanna show people random videos. totally random. It\\\'s gonna be the next big thing! What you guys think you can charge for a site like this??\\r\n\\r\n\\r\n\\r\nI want people to be able to jump on the site and just press record with their webcam, record a 5 second video real quick and then that\\\'s it. Wahtever they record get\\\'s played back. in a reel, lke a film reel, like an oldschool film reel that just plays back everything all at once.\\r\n\\r\n\\r\n\\r\nI have a buddy who has free web hosting who he said he can store like 1000 videos if I got it up and running so we can at least test this out on there and get it running.\\r\n\\r\n\\r\n\\r\nIf you think you can do something like this, probably jquery, html5, and php some sort of sit ethat just runs itself? I think this could be done really quick and easy, just something simple.\\r\n\\r\n\\r\n\\r\nI have a few more details but they are kind atopsecret ;) so like shoot me message. :D
