I manage a business that has 8-14 delivery drivers working Monday-Sunday depending on the time of year.

We only sell 3 products

95% of our customers only take product A

9% of our customers take product A & B

1% of our customers only take product C

Currently I have two excel spread sheets

1. Customer list (in Alphabetical order all customers) Customer Name, Address, Suburb, Post Code, Price, Contact Name

2. Run Sheets Delivery (in route & day order) Qty (blank square), Customer Name, Address Suburb, Price, comments

Depending on the time of the year (winter & summer) we visit our customers anywhere from weekly, fortnightly, three weekly, monthly, daily, every 3days.

A setting for week of a public holiday and week after that most customers be delivered to (manually setup which customers)

A setting for a week with 30oC weather most customers serviced (manually setup customers).

I’m looking for a programmer to design and program something to make this task easier.

I need the program to do the above list and the run sheets to be able to be modified easily simular to moving cells in Excel and print easily.

Depending on the time of the year/week I want the delivery run sheets to automatically modify to account for the sales change (This to be setup manually by me for each customer). The delivery run sheets have to be able to be modified easily for example if a customer is on a fortnightly delivery and doesn’t want a delivery on the fortnightly we visit them, the I press a button and it moves it to next week’s runs sheets. The modifications to the run sheets are basically disappear and reappear in the same location (as most customers are still visited each week) this with the exception of winter which I would have to design new delivery run sheets for May-Aug.

I would like the project finishing within around 15days from start to finish.

Also need multiple people to be able to access the customer list and run sheets at the same time in read only. And press a button to allow changes.

The Run Sheets are printed on an A4 peice of paper for our delivery drivers to take with them each day and record the delivery qty to each customer...
