CSS Fix Needed for Nav Menu

Need someone to fix the nav menu at [login to view URL]
The nav menu is structured fine, but the hover and active state background do not fit well, I need someone who is completely sure he/she can do this to rectify the problem. I can provide the .ai and/or the background image for nav menu.
Please use things like firebug or element inspector to make sure you can do this and then only bid.
This is a couple of minutes job for someone skilled.
