Fix gcalendars "upcoming events" module

Redesign twitter module template (fix txt color and box color)

Fix top horizontal menu format for various buttons to match the one in the attached rendering (make horizontal red bar thinner)

Fix menu expansion for menu buttons with parent (see attached image: menu button [url removed, login to view])

Increase the width of the middle main content area in order to match the width shown in the attached rendering
