Migrate Shop from OS Commerce 2.2 to Prestashop V1.5.2

The existing shop is a template based OS Commerce store in German and English languages. Migration of data to include all product details, images, specials etc. Existing product URLs must be kept! The import of data via CSV to prestashop is quite straighforward, but I need a guranteed service that everything migrates smoothly and functions 100% afterwards. Someone working with cart migration will know how prestashop can maintain the existing product URLs from OSCommerce. I believe this is a relatively straightforward project for someone familar with these 2 carts.
SEO: The existing site has had some SEO work done (mainly meta) and has a google PR2 pagerank. The existing meta data should also be migrated to prestashop. The PR2 came after about 3 years so would be a real shame to lose it!
