Need a customized OpenCart store

Hi,

I need a complete OpenCart store / shop from scratch.

Required features before site can go live:

- An automatic 4% discount must be applied for customers who chose to pay via bank transfer. Only registered customers can have the option of paying via bank transfer.

- I need to be notified of all sales made by the site, no matter the payment method.

- When an item is out of stock, I need a button and text boxto appear that enables customers to get on a waiting list for that product at that price, to be notified automatically via email when the stock comes in. If the user is logged in, the text box should automatically be pre-flled with their email address. I'd need the back end of this to be fairly nice to manage, as this will be used largely as a market research tool.

- I need my SSL certificates fully installed / implemented (I purchased them for 1 site (my main domain) with Go Daddy).

- I need to be able to add additional fields to each product, in the area by manufacturer, price, etc...I want to be able to add two to three fields here, such as color, condition, etc...I don't want these down below.

- Some nice theming / formatting. The site looks ok right now, but is not customized enough, and is too bare. I sell primarily Apple products. I've seen a few OpenCart shops that are quite Apple.com-esque. I don't necessarily need Apple-like though. The header really needs some work.

Additional features (can be done after site is live):

- I'd like customers to be able to log in and view all past orders, payments against those orders, etc...as not all customers are retail customers, and some from time to time carry credit or debit balances.

- Facebook like button for each product. Clicking this button needs to post the product to the users Facebook profile.

- Integration of Square Trade warranties.

- A couple of new / nice JQuery effects.

- I need all fonts used on the site to be the same as the fonts used on [url removed, login to view]

- I need the .htaccess file to be modified and everything else changed so as to allow for clean, nice SEO URL re-writing

- Search engine optimization

- Need to have FedEx add-on from QPhoria from [url removed, login to view]

About me / my site:

- I have 10 domains registered with Go Daddy, which will be used only as redirects to my main domain, which is registered with 1&1. My main 1&1 domain is in the process of being moved from my previous developers server (he was also going to host for me) back to 1&1's servers.

- I am partially familiar with CSS, HTML, Visual Basic, C++.

- I know nothing of PHP, database, javascript (or, consequently, JQuery).

- I need someone professional.

- I need the site live before December 18, 2010.
