PHP TEXT BASED SOCCER GAME

I want to have to work with someone that wants to make a text based soccer game for me,

It need to be like [url removed, login to view] , it need to be just simple like when someone sign ups he gets a soccer team with 15 fantasy players , defence , keeper , attack , midfield , and then you could train them and how younger how faster they will train and the soccer team will be added to a league automatically and will play vs other soccer teams that are signed up , and they can sell there players at the transferlist and so on ..
