Prestashop WEB modifications

We have a Template Website in prestashop and need to have 4 modifications (probably more in another next projects), for this one we need:
1. Change the background and put a white with little black moles.
2. Change the english buttons (two) from the frontpage to spanish (it should be automatic, but it doesn't work in the homepage right now).
3. Email automatic send when someone coments or contact form, doesn't work. We need to be fix it.
4. Change the top logo for another logo and a text in the right. HAs to be fixed. It's not a question of changing only the file, the difficult for this header is that has to be fit.
