Take existing forms designed in Infopath 2003, make them work on an .NET intranet running Sharepoint portal services

I have designed several forms in Infopath 2003, mostly using the samples that they provided. I want to extend the functionality of these forms to run on our intranet of our company, housing the information in our SQL database.

The general overview of the project is take the exisiting Infopath forms and make them run in a simple fill out, submit, send notification email, and have the option pull out later. I do not want to have all of the staff have to use infopath to fill out the forms however, I would rather have the coder build these options into a .NET application to run on our intranet which is based on sharepoint portal server 2003.

There are approximatly 10 templates, however there might be the addition of one or two more. All of the functionality of the forms has been built into Infopath, which need to be instead replicated over to a web service.

What I bascially want is to be able to have these forms available to run in a web browser. I want the end user to be able to edit, submit, and be able to pull the records back out, edit if nessecary again etc.

I have included some screen shots of what the intranet look like, and some of the forms that I would like to be converted over to this web service.

The final project has to be ready to deploy, ready for interaction with the SQL server. This has to be integrated with sharepoint portal server 2003, so if you aren't familiar with .NET, this probably isn't a suited project.

Again, the functionality that I need is to be able to have the end user easily edit forms, pull forms out, edit if nessecary again, resubmit, and have some sort of notification to managment.

All of the design work is completed, you just have to take the forms and what they look like and replicate it to an easy-to-use web service, integrated with sharepoint portal server, that can store and pull these records from the SQL database.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

This has to run on an intranet running microsoft server 2003 and sharepoint portal server 2003.
