Woocommerce Cart CSS Edits and Slight Modification - Urgent

Hi Guys,
My regular go to guy is on holidays and I need little modification on a site and can't wait till he comes back. So here's an opportunity for others.

Add the product to the cart and then click on proceed to checkout.
Now it has 2 steps represented by Adddress & Payment (Tabs)
Once those are filled you click next (you can choose cash on delivery option)
then a summary page appears
Task # 1 :
Now I want the content of that which is not displayed nicely its in one column I want to display different headings and content under that in horizontal manner so different headines and their content come side by side. I'll give you screenshot its basically css changes on this page.
Task # 2 :
Now that third summary page , comes after submitting the 2nd tab , I want that summary to appear in the third tab calling it your order
And after that once we click submit it would take them to respective order option.
So in short, the third step " order summary" I need its display to be tweaked (see screenshot # 1 ) just some css / presentation changes of content that already is coming on the page. And the order summary that's not a tab , comes after we submit the cart on next step should show it as a third step tab. (as shown on task # 2 screenshot)
