Add days to date script (site)

Hello, im looking for a site that can add days to a certain date.
For example:
input starting date: 1/1/16
input how many days to add: 14
select region (regions have diferent holydays): region3
Script will return a date:
Normal days: 15/1/16
Working days: 17/1/16
holydays can be stored in mysql database. Im open to hear other methods if you like.
I dont need styling but you can use bootstrap 3 if you want it to look better. I would like you to implement a datepicker script for example [url removed, login to view]
please specify scripting languaje or framework you use
since im not english native speaker, ask me if you have any technical dificulties or something was hard to understand.
