Amazon/eBay Repricer Tool with Automatic Ordering

I am looking for someone to build an internet based software that will automatically reprice my eBay listings against Amazon prices. I want to be able to set the requirements for the price increases on my eBay listings. For example be able to say I want the price of my listing to be a certain percentage over the Amazon price or a specific dollar amount.

For example if XYZ product is $50 on Amazon I want XYZ product on my eBay listing to be $65 based on my criteria or formula.

And if for some reason the product goes out of stock on Amazon, I need the software to automatically take down my eBay listing for that product.

I also need the software to automatically order from Amazon and upload tracking to eBay.
