Build a Customize CMS Website with Admin in Angular JS

We need a website build in angular JS & Customized CMS based on MVC architecture developed in PHP properly divided into modules, so that different admins can have permission to different set of modules.
Website will have following features
1. Category / Tag based Blogs with option of social sharing, comments, facility of embedding tweets, videos, multiple slides, sub blogs etc.
2. CMS pages with possibility of linking dynamic menus and clubbing in groups.
3. Album based gallery with drag / drop feature
4. Banner Management System with option of external links, ordering etc.
5. List of Employees with complete profile
6. Options to book an appointment with employee.
7. Store or multiple office manager, so that contact us have a google map with all office locations displayed on it.
8. Need widgets like Most Popular Blogs, Most Commented Blogs, Most Viewed Blogs, Social Feed Plugins.
9. Social Media logins for admins.
All these features & widgets need to be build in module based architecture so that we could easily enable / disable sections as well as manage roles based permission for different admins.
Admin too must be built in AngularJS and should be 100% compatible in all browsers as well as responsive for mobiles.
Selected company need to provide a prototype of admin for mile stone to be created as well as need sign an NDA.
