Developping a web site for a large community (up top 200.000). Foresee a max of 5.000 page views a month during the first 6 months.
Technically it needs :
1. login + password management system
2. individual back pages for each registry (providing info on activity in the site, stats, editing tools)
3. ads banners management (google and from interested parties)
4. "boxes" management (top 5 most read, polls, publications, google maps, etc)
5. spider that would import info from selected web sites into my database including images, before possible online publication
6. online payments
7. site designed for pc, tablets and mobile phones
8. allow reviews/comments for registed members
9. organise automatically emails in lists
10. send newsletters automatically
11. include in the code all it needs to make it easier for digital marketing
12. SEO
13. Etc.
In terms of design it shoudl appeal to all type of cultures, usually above 30 years old
For legal purposes, I would prefer to have you based in Kiev.
