I have a prebuilt plugin that requires a developer with: Java, CSS, HTML,

I need my design implemented within this plugin. I also have a video that will be played on the top of the page (Scrolling plugin has capability for "Full Background video"
I also have a horizontal slide animation that will take place when a user scrolls down.
