I have one web page where I m dynmically adding rows to the table.

Dependent on the 1st column 2nd colun entry is populated.

I have the code ready but issue is if I have 10 Rows When I enter data in 1st row ,1st column data is populated in in 2n column which is coorect. But when I enter data in 2nd row, 1st column data is populated in 1st row, 2nd column.

Means I am not able to use array function properly in php. I have attached my code
