Building web tool with Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) Project.

we have a native app that our customer can configure via our app management portal (AMP). AMP is a webpage, login, change styling, content, re-order, etc., hit Publish and the changes are propagated to the mobile app. Each feature in the app is called a module so if the user wants to include a website, user adds a web module, inserts, link, uploads icon for the module and hits publish.

I want to define a new module, Website Builder, that is a tool that will allow a user to type content, upload an image, define a url, enter content, etc. User can have a GUI to build the webpage like gmail has for composing emails with the toolbar. The user can also switch to html view and modify the code directly. The user can click Preview which will open a new browser tab and display the page. The tool needs to generate the content and automatically make the page responsive. Our portal is built using html, css, javascript. Can you build something like this for me so I can append the code to AMP?
