Change Way Commission Works on Hirebee Website

We have the hirebee theme on Wordpress so please only bid if you have past experience with it.
Currently the commission is set in the backend to 10%. 90% gets sent to project owner and 10% gets retained by site owner. However, here is what we need changing:
1. Freelancer places a bid. The bid adds 10% on. Pretty much like it does here it Freelancer.
2. We want to be able to see how much they bid based on the amount they put in the box, so for example if I bid $500, I want it to show next to the input box $550 with a total fee and total bid value. Again, like Freelancer:
Input Box: $500
Freelancer Project Fee: $ 50
Your bid:$ 550
Currently it doesn't show this, it just has the input box. I believe it's a fairly straightforward job to show this. We do have some custom templates in Hirebee so you will need to see these.
