Complete a website and mobile applications for a Cash Back Virtual Shopping Mall.

THIS IS A COMPLETION OF A WEB PROJECT ALREADY IN PROCESS! THIS FIRST STAGE IS VERY CLOSE TO BEING COMPLETED HOWEVER, DUE TO CERTAIN CONCERNS WE ARE PUSHING THIS OUT FOR BID.

THIS WEB PROJECT is a virtual shopping mall like [login to view URL] where anyone can shop at various stores and receive cash back. There is no subscription requirement, it is free to join. The cash back may come to them as a check or PayPal, 50% check or PayPal and 50% invested or 100% invested. Investments are automatically set up to be directed to a Robo-Advisor (ARP). ARP is complete and waiting to be connected to this Virtual Shopping Mall Website.

I am looking for quotes to finish this stage where we can “go live”, start marketing, making money and move to the next stage, where the project will be enhanced.

This project is backed by my company whom has the cashflow and capital required but is not willing to spend frivolously.

We require an Non Disclosure Agreement to be authorized prior to further engagement and the NDA to be adhered to completely.

We are not necessarily looking for the cheapest bid but rather a combination of competency, efficiency, knowledge (verifiable) while being economical. The stated budget is to complete this phase only.

We will create a milestone for this project to be released at the end of the first phase, no exception!
