Connection between inventory software and WooCommerce

We need a script that connects an inventory system with WooCommerce based Wordpress website. The script should automatically connect products and their variations between the two software products and should update the products availability on the website regarding the inventory system. Each product/variation has its own SKU that matches between the two database entries.
The inventory system is Topix (more info on [url removed, login to view]). We need a connection between Topix running on MAC (no PC). Topix makes use of SOAP and XML.
The sync should be possible to be done automatically and also manually (to make instant refresh when necessary).
