Convert EXCEL Spreadsheet to multiple plain HTML files

I have a excel spreadsheet with simple data that contains approx 270,000 records.
There are about 400 unique SKU's with lots of descriptions in separate cells that I need to combine into separate HTML files for each SKU. The file is very well organised and shouldn't be difficult to work with.
All I need is to combine the multiple descriptions for 1 sku into the 1 basic html file template (Which I will provide).
This should be easy for someone with Macro/VBA skills and automate it quite quickly.
