Convert chat window to HTML and make colors adjustable

I want a single webpage that makes it possible to use color pickers and some other input elements to change the appearance for the chat window that is shown on the same page. The chat window does not do anything it is just to style the interface for the window.
Please create an awesome user friendly interface without reloading the page.
When the user is finished with the adjustments the changed settings can be posted to a url. We provide a json array with the keys and values for the elements. You can find the preview for the chat window as attached. We do not have a PSD, you need to create the html/css by yourself.
If you have any questions just ask this is the first time I post a project here, so its all a bit new.
Below you find all the elements that can be changed in the interface. See the attached image for the detailed look and feel.

The name of the authenticated application
telephone
The telephone number of the helpdesk
font
The font for all the text, selection between 3 font types font1,2,3
allowImage
If it is possible to send images to the api
backgroundColor
The main background color
backgroundImage
The image used as main background. This overrules the main background color but the color should be used in case this image doesn't load.
navBackgroundColor
The background color of the main navigation.
navTextColor
The color of the text (and images) used in the main navigation
dateColor
The color of the date element that separates the messages send on different dates.
inputBackgroundColor
The background color of the element that lets users send a message
inputTextColor
The text/image color of the element that lets users send a message
userBackgroundColor
The background color of the balloon containing a message that the user sends
userTextColor
The color of the message that the user sends
userTimeColor
The color of the time shown in the balloon of a user message
userSentColor
The color of the element that shows if the message is successfully sent (or not)
accountBackgroundColor
The background color of the balloon containing a message that the account sends back
accountTextColor
The color of the message that the account sends back
accountTimeColor
The color of the time shown in the balloon of a message from the account
infoTextColor
The color of the info messages that are shown before or between message balloons
infoText
The welcome text that is shown when a user opens the messages view for the first time. This message wil always be on top of all the messages send between a user and account.
