Couple of edits/corrections on open cart website

Have an existing open cart website with a lot of customized programming on it. We need a couple of very quick, inexpensive edits on the site.
1) We have a mailing list popup that display upon users reaching the home page (after splash page). We are finding this creates a bounce rate of users. Want to have it deactivated from showing.
2) Our thumbnail product slider at the bottom is limiting characters for the product titles displayed (and they are off-centered). Need to have this limitation removed and correct alignment.
3) Currently, products receive a url showing category/product ids which we are told is not good for SEO. If possible, we would like to have the url of the product's page reflect product's name.
4) We have some issues with our top navigation structure. The system allows us to set whether the links for the navigation show vertically or horizontally (per main link heading). Its a bit quirky and alignment of the links within tend to have issues.
5) We seem to have some issues with spam making its way into our inbox through the site. Would like this looked into.
This is a small project. We may decide to eventually redo the entire site and will use you as our developer if this occurs. Other projects a possibility as well. BID BASED UPON WHAT YOU READ HERE...do not blind bid.
