Create Admin Dashboard for online education system

We have a comprehensive school and student management system which we are almost finished developing. We need to build our own management dashboard with graphs of number of users, paid for VS no-paid for users, numbers of different types of users, number of users added, etc.
The dashboard will have filters at the top to filter for school or time period (last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, today) or show all records. Basics such as pagination, sorting and filtering on any text should be included by default.
We will also need pages to view schools and users in list formats.
This is a complex project. No chancers. You must be a skilled programmer who can work in a custom framework.
We pay on delivery only.
We have a comprehensive system for schools to help teachers communicate with parents about what is happening with their children at school and what homework they have, what they need to take to school, what sports or other activities they have coming up.
We have 6 main types of user: Scworx Admin, School Admin, Teacher, Parent, Student, Guardian.
Guardian is like an uncle or aunt, or family friend that may help out with your children....give them lifts, look after them after school, etc.
We also have complex users. Those are the users who have more than 1 role in the system, so you may find a teacher, who is also a parent and this person could also be a school admin.
Our system also works across schools. So if you are a parent, and you have 3 children at 3 different schools, you can get all their information in one place.
You can be a teacher at School A,
and have 3 children, at Schools B, C and D,
and then you have a friend and sometimes you pick up their kids from school, so you a guardian for their kids at School E.
Tasks to be completed are (we have a page created that can be modified):
1. Modify left menu to show the 4 items (as per screen shot): Schools, Users, Master Lists, Data Management.
2. Content area - create 6 graphs (we can create the queries you require).
3. Schools - create table-style list page showing text in rows and using some icons instead of text (page exists, needs to be modified).
4. Users - same as 3 above.
5. Master lists - page to directly view/edit 40 existing master tables (no page developed yet).
6. Data management - data upload page already exists, which allows us to upload users to a specific school. We need a slight modification to also assign user roles on upload into that school.
7. Right hand column: 3 items to create:
a) Server Monitoring: provide useful stats on our server (either taken from Cpanel, or from NewRelic)
b) Current Alerts: list recent changes, login errors, or anything that needs attention
c) Feedback: the underlying tables and data form have been created. We just need this summary box to be created.
