Customize Twenty Sixteen WP Theme and Create Child Theme for My Site

I'm looking for a WordPress developer who can customize the Twenty Sixteen theme and install it on my site as a child theme.
Primary tasks would involve making index page look like the search results page (so only excerpt is shown, not entire post), removing the small left sidebar which contains the author, date, category and tags that is next to posts, and placing it under the post, stretching the post so it fills the whole area, adjusting the look for comments so they look more like comments in Twenty Eleven, removing some unnecessary spaces, and some other smaller tweaks.
Forgot to mention - it is an 18+ website, although not pornographic. Make sure you are OK working on a website with adult only content.
