Develop a Twitter bot as a Mac or Web Application using this Python Library (included)

I have seen this Python Twitter Bot Library ([url removed, login to view]).

I am looking for someone to develop a web app or mac app version so that it is user friendly and I can use it for multiple accounts and change/add settings.

It doesn't have to be pretty at all but it would be great if all I want is for it to user friendly and intuitive.
