2) Using Dashboard GUI Provided ( Demo 8 - Core Dashboard )
3) Have web GUI to select messages from Channel and forward to selected telegram group
4) Must check for update new messages from Channel
5) Have web GUI to select what time to forward selected message to selected telegram group
6) Use back the template time the next day
