TASK
I need someone to develop an app that converts a PDF to a form with signature fields, drop down menus, and text fields.
- text field, where I can type text
- signature field, where I can sign with my phone's stylus and the signature is automatically stamped with date/stamp of signature.
After I complete the form, I want the app to convert the completed form to PDF. And I want some of the information (name, date and time) entered in a spreadsheet.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Proficient with English
* Use Freelancer desktop application to track hours.
* Must be available for training on September 24th anytime between 10 AM and 6 PM (EST).
