create a private torrent tracker for torrents

I would like a coder please build and create a private torrent tracker I do not want torrenttrader another source code please that uses java scripts......there are open trackers and private trackers I will be private.....I am gonna use tampermonky and the java script [login to view URL] so I can post my torrent on [login to view URL] I was told torrenttrader don't accept java script .....

the coder must as well know how to create writing scripts as im gonna want my java script for my own site to put my scripted torrents on torrentz2.eu thankyou.......

creating this private torrent site I really need a coder with experience for this thankyou.........
