css design (internal links & external linking page)

Doing some basic (pure) CSS formatting for the layout of a page. Should be mobile friendly as well. Including an image with pretty much exact details of what I am looking for.

Basic details (but still see image for full details)

Main Notes:

1. These listings should resize to about 90% of the viewable width, and obviously

automatically adjust to mobile menu when it is there.

2. It should be done in pure CSS.

3. Buttons should have hover attributes (i.e., report giveaway, enter giveaway),

making them brighter, and also having the mouse pointer appear.

4. Other fields should highlight a light gray when moused over.
