Develop a customised feature for Magento

We require a Magento expert to create and add a product customisation section to the checkout of our online shop. Allowing our customer to not only choose and purchase their products, but also add custom printing or embroidery to their order.
The system will need to calculate any additional costs from the variables the customer selects (all of this information will be available in spreadsheet format). There will also need to be the ability for the customer to upload artwork.
We need this to work in a similar way to workwearexpress.com.

It’s this ability to add customisation that we wish to emulate, but to our own (similar) requirements, and in our own style.
We have a Magento store built, with products currently being added. We require the freelancer to develop the entirety of this product customisation functionality. The build must be desktop and mobile friendly.
Please note we do not require you to build the Magento store (or add products), it is just the product customiser functionality we require. We will provide any design work needed & a complete specification to show all of the required functionality and user journey. You will not need to design anything (unless you’d like to), you will just need to have the skills to build to our requirements.
