Develop and Design a simple website for a short and long term lettings company for a apartment block in central London.
Pages to include 'About Us', 'Location', 'Properties with Calendar and Booking, payment (may need seperate page for this' and then contact info throughout, not a seperate page.
We can use [login to view URL] for Booking, Payment and Calendar tools, either use their ready made tools or API.

Would be good to design some email signature as well, but more like a confirmation email if they book with us.
Would be good to know what CMS is best to use, we would prefer not to have a custom made one.
We want to focus the design on the historical aspects of London and the building which is 1890's, and the proximity to loads of tourist spots. I can work with you on this a lot and guide you to what we want.
We want to get this up and running as soon, ideally in a week or two, but open to what time is possible for you.
