Extract data from API into Excel Sheet (Ripple CryptoCurrency - Data API v2)

I would like to connect to the Ripple (XRP) Cyrptocurrency API ([login to view URL]) and pull out minute by minute data historically for up to 5 years.
I would need a working tool that I can use to be able to extract this data whenever I need it.
1. I would need to gather account balances for certain accounts IDs that I provide (see: [login to view URL]). This will need to be minute by minute for 5 years per account ID.
2. In a separate column would need to see the current price conversion of the currency from USD to XRP. (see: [login to view URL]). This will need to be minute by minute. Not sure if this is the best link to get minute by minute value of XRP in USD, this may require another API (would recommend investigation here as I am not sure if the above will get this Data. It may need another API to gather this data from another place
In short, I need a system that is able to extract multiple data sets row by row into an excel sheet as found in the attachment.
