We need a developer to finish a questionnaire/form for telephone vetting in which responses are displayed dependent upon the prior answer.
It is already 80% built and just requires someone to implement the conditional logic and perfect the interface. It is built using the Question Survey Master Wordpress Plugin ([login to view URL]) and we can use their conditional logic plugin add-on so it's not complicated.
Will take an experienced developer 5-6 hours max.
