Fixing Issues on a Wordpress based website

I need someone helping me fix a couple of issues on my word pressed based website.

Problems that need to be fixed:
- I had a custom header and unfortunately deleted the menu. Now the header and navigation is broken. I attach a photo of how it looked before
- make drop down visible on every page (for example on shop>coming soon it hides behind the slider)
- adjust triangle on the tip of the drop down menue, looks like it is a pixel or 2 too much on the right side
- center menue & logo of header
- revolution slider: on Shop Page & About Page actual photo size and black background on the sides, which is auto responsive
- revolution slider: loads in this cut-animated way. should load like normal (fading into sight)
- contact page: bring all the contact form fields closer together, right now the white space in between is too much
- contact page: add divider on the bottom exacty as on any other page
- adjust width of the dropdown menue so it has the width of a couple pixel more than hang with us > Andrea’s Wonderland
- make background of the footer all black
- the top navigation has a bug on Safari browser. When you mouse over certain buttons (when scrolled down) the menue drops way below the background. That problem is as far as I know only in safari, the rest of the browsers are fine
Please only developer who are very good with responsive themes.
