Fixing 3 OSCommerce errors

I need help with three things in OSCommerce:

1) [url removed, login to view] module needs to be updated/fixed so that U.S. First-Class shipping will display for customers checking out. (International First-Class Mail also needs to continue to display, as it is now.)

2) Payment page "[url removed, login to view]" needs a field for credit card CSC. That would be for payments via "PayPal Website Payments Pro US Direct Payments."

3) I need the website to display an error message for customers when there is a mismatch between the state and the zip code on the address page. So that the customer knows what problem on the address page needs to be corrected. ("UPSXML Rates Error: 111285: The postal code 46100 is invalid for AL United States. experienced by customer with id 6049 on 2017-09-01 11:19:12"
