Implement Custom Posts for WordPress Custom PHP Plugin - Podcast RSS Reader

I have a custom WordPress plugin that has been implemented incorrectly, using 2 custom tables instead of using custom posts.
It stores "Podcast RSS Url's" in one table, and in the other table, all the episodes relating to that RSS Feed.
I want the podcast table converted to a custom post type called Podcast
I want the episode table converted to a custom post called Episodes.
There should be a menu item for Podcasts under the Plugin with the podcast custom fields
There should be a menu item for Episodes under the plugin name with the episode custom fields
The Load Feeds menu item and cronjob should be updated to use the new Custom Post types instead of the custom tables.
The Episode and Podcast posts should be visible to Yoast so that they can be indexed.
Secondly, the current implementation truncates the custom table each time it imports. The import function should check if the post already exists and if so, skip it.
Note the existing use of custom redirects to map episode title slugs to the episodes - this must be maintained.
Code will be supplied on acceptance.
