Install Merchant PHP Form

This form will process credit cards - and the information must communicate with my merchant gateway - [url removed, login to view] . You are responsible for making the form communicate properly. It is almost done actually but just has some issues.

I also need you to fix some simple JS code (5 minutes) and add the email newsletter submit to aweber. This task must be done within 4 hours of bidding. The first part is near already done and should take no longer than 30 minutes. The entire job should take no more than 2 hours to someone who knows what they are doing.
