Magento 1.9 - Cart2Quote Integration to Everything Theme

We are trialing Cart2Quote for Magento 1.9. We have it installed and working well in the RWD theme but need some help getting it working perfectly in our "Everything theme" for Magento.
An "Add to Quote" button now appears in our theme but doesn't link to the "Quote Cart" correctly. It still goes to normal cart, This all works perfect when we change theme to RWD. Also a couple of other theme integration things needed done.
We have it installed in our Development Site, so you will get it working there and tell us what we need to do in the live site.
