I need an experienced programmer who can build from scratch a web app that will EDIT user uploaded PDF files like add text (text style, font, color etc), highlighting and underlining text, rename PDF, change PDF background color, masking any part of PDF text, free hand drawing on PDF, upload image and resize, reposition, remove option.

I need full sourcecode and copyright of it and help in deploying it on my server.
