need custom skin from PSD for classified software

I have just purchased and installed Geodesic classified premier edition software.

it is a PHP classified ad software. you can view it here [url removed, login to view]

it is currently set to the default theme. (ugly isnt it)

we have created a new design that we want the whole site to use.

it is attached to this post.

need a time and cost on creating a template from my supplied PSD.

if you have done similar work it will add to your chances of being the winning bid...i am looking for quality...then a good price.

I will pay more for someone that has done this type of task before.
