I need someone to for PHP Script Customization

I have one readymade PHP script purchased from Codecanyon. It is a Learning Management Software. It is written using PHP and Laravel framework. I need some customization/modification of the script as per my requirements.

1. Content Drip System: The course contents (like PDF, Video, Audio, docx, xlsx) will be released in time bound manner. For example, a student enrols in the course. Because of content dripping, first two chapters will be released/available for the student in first week. Then third chapter will be available in the second week, fourth chapter will be available in the third week..like this. The full course will be uploaded in the server but for the student, the full course will not be available at once.

2. Content dripping system can be "Enabled" "Disabled" from the Admin Panel and Instructor Panel of the software.

3. Subscription System: The student will have the option to avail the particular course till his subscription lasts/ For example, a student enrolls in a three months course by taking a monthly subscription. Once one month is completed, the course will not be available until he renews his subscription.

4. Admin should be able to enable/disable and extend subscription for each course from his Admin Panel.

5. Discussion forum for each course with the access of enrolled student and course instructor. Admin should be able to access all the forums for each course..

6. Admin should be able to send Private message to all the Instructors and Students. Instructors should be able to send Private Message to all the enrolled students in his course and students should be able to reply.

I will need the full source code.
