I'm looking for someone who has plenty of experience with the PayPal API. Essentially, I need a program that retrieve a list of transactions and transaction details from Paypal. So, every time a new transaction comes into our PayPal account, it should automatically scrape all the details for that transaction and put it into a live spreadsheet. The program should be running 24/7 on our server.
Let me know your thoughts and how you can create a program that would do this.
