This project is for software engineer that already completed successfully an exchange for some cryptocurrencies.

(1) General

a. Anyone who has previously developed a virtual currency Exchange and is willing to sell the code to me will be considered on priority.

b. Any interested bidder should provide DEMO.

c. I will have the COPYRIGHT of the code.

(2) Technical Specification of the Exchange

a. A FULL virtual currency exchange (which means the code can be deployed immediately for business).

b. 4 Type of User: trader/customer (buyer and seller), non-verify customer, administrator, support personal

Following payment gateways shall be integrated Paypal, Payza, Perfectmoney, Bitcon, Okpay, Solidtrustpay, Neteller, Googlecheckout, [login to view URL], Capitalsure, Cash4WM, CGold, ECumoney, EEECurrency, EGold, EGOpay, EVOWallet, Eway, GoldMoney, HD Money, Netpay, Nixmoney, Payeer, Pexpay, Strictpay, Webmoney and also other offline payment mode such as Bank Wire, Western Union and etc.

d. Customer registration

- Name, billing address, Country, phone number, email, etc

- Virtue currency wallet will be created for every customer who register

- Integrate google two factor authentication into system.

e. Security Wise:

- All buttons on the front end will need protect against fast mouse click. For instance, if a customer want to buy or sell, or request withdrawal, the front end button will need to disable after one mouse click and wait for the back end server to respond before enabling the button again.

- The database will need to be "transactional" database to protect data integrity. This is to ensure all buy and sell execution will not overlap, that is all buy order executed will have one or multiple sell order matching it.

f. Trading and Commission

g. Features for advertising packages and surfing web site by user.

h. Script that having low trading latency and support high volume.

i. The language of the website should be easily modified.

j. One must show they meet the criteria mentioned above.

(3) Payment

1. The payment will be divided into two parts

2. First part will be settled after receiving the code and confirming the code meets the criteria mentioned in section(2)

3. The second part will be paid after the site is up and running without error.

(4) Additional

1. The successful bidder should provide FULL technical support.
